- Sign-in codesPeople sign in with a one-time code sent by email or SMS, so there are no passwords to steal or reuse.
- RolesOffice staff only see and do what their role allows, from approving time off to sending invoices.
- Clients see only what you allowEach portal user sees only the sites and reports you select for them.
- Change historyEdited timesheets keep the original times and a reason. Voided reports keep the reason too.
- Location while clocked inGuards' locations are recorded only while they're clocked in, and GPS tracking can be turned off for each guard.

Infrastructure
- EncryptionData is encrypted in transit with HTTPS and encrypted at rest.
